Our teachers are trained to use various techniques to redirect a child's behavior including encouragement, positive reinforcement, and natural consequences for actions. We strive to provide a loving, secure and supportive environment that focuses on children's positive behavior. A month long probationary period for all new students is required to determine whether our academic program is beneficial, and meets the needs of the child. Children shall not be subjected to discipline, which is severe, humiliating or frightening. Discipline shall not be associated with food or rest. Any form of physical punishment is strictly prohibited at BMS/RMS.
